PURPOSE:To obtain a rolled SUSHI (ingredients and vinegared rice rolled in dried laver) having effects such as the flavor of white rice for the SUSHI moderately harmonized with that of sweet corn or Peter corn and the ability to enjoy the delicious taste thereof and provide a method for producing the rolled SUSHI. CONSTITUTION:This rolled SUSHI is constituted by winding a granular part of sweet corn or Peter corn around the surface of cylindrical white rice for the SUSHI. Furthermore, this method for producing the rolled SUSHI is to form the white rice 2 for the SUSHI into a cylindrical shape, separate the granular part of the sweet corn or Peter corn 3 in a state thereof cut into a round slice so as to provide a state of the connected respective grains and wind the granular part around the surface of the white rice 2 for the SUSHI. |
