PURPOSE:To simplify the structure, reduce the cost, and further reduce the size of the driving mechanism of a disk carrying part by providing a V groove for guidance, bearing member, retainer, and presser member only at one side of the disk carrying part, and guiding the other side of the disk carrying part by a single member, i.e. support. CONSTITUTION:The disk carrying part consisting of a tray 21 and a container 29, support mechanism including a lateral chassis 18 as a support member, guide means consisting of the retainer 24, bearing members 24c and 24d, etc., driving force applying mechanism including a gear 37, motor 41, etc., detection switch 58, and disk conveying mechanism which carries a disk 26 with relative members and moves the disk forth and back, and up and down to a play position are constituted. Then, a spindle motor 82 is rotated with an operation signal for play and a carriage 63 begins to operate to start play. The retainer 24 moves along the V groove according to the rolling of the 1st and the 2nd bearing members when the disk carrying part moves on the lateral chassis 18. |
