PURPOSE:To expose uniformly a form to light up to end parts in the breadthwise direction of the form to prevent variance of fixing by providing lenses which concentrate the reflected light to positions near end parts of a tubular light source which fixes a toner image transferred to the form with flash light of a flash lamp. CONSTITUTION:A tubular flash lamp 1 is stored in a huosing whose inside face is finished to a specular surface, and its aperture part is covered with a heat insulating transparent glass 3. A form 5 having the transferred toner image is put on a form carrying part 6 and is transported in the direction orthogonal to the surface of the paper. Lenses 4 are formed in end parts of both sides of the heat insulating transparent glass 3 to concentrate reflected flash lights 7 and 7 from both side faces 21 and 21 of the housing 2 to end parts of the form 5. Thus, the form 5 is irradiated uniformly up to end parts in the breadthwise direction to prevent the variance of fixing. |
