PURPOSE:To obtain the titled steel having high anti-r and El values after hot dip galvanizing at a relatively low cost by providing a specified composition consisting of C, Si, Mn, P, S, N, Al, Nb and Fe. CONSTITUTION:This nonaging hot dip galvanized steel sheet having extremely superior formability consists of <=0.008% C, <0.20% Si, 0.04-0.30% Mn, <=0.03% P, <=0.02% S, <=0.01% N, 0.01-0.10% Al and at least >=(N%X4) Al, 0.01- 0.07% Nb and (C%X3)-(C%X8+0.02%) Nb and the balance essentially Fe. The steel sheet has >=1.8 anti-r value and >=46% El value after hot dip galvanizing and also has superior deep drawability and superior surface properties. The steel sheet is suitable for use as an outer plate for an automobile or the like. |
