PURPOSE:To facilitate a flexible photosensitive body small in weight by forming a photosensitive layer on a support contg. a polymer resin ad a conductor and having a resistivity of <=10<3>OMEGA.cm. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer 2 is obtained by mixing and kneading 20wt% carbon black with 30wt% polyester resin to obtain a resin having a resistivity of <=10<3>OMEGA.cm, extruding it through a slit to form a 100mum thick endless belt 1 as a substrate, melting an Se-Te alloy in vacuum, evaporating the depositing it on the substrate 1. The belt 1 is rotated around a driving roller 4 and a tension roller 5 in the direction indicated by an arrow, and the following ordinary copying steps are couducted: Corona discharge 6, exposure 7, development 8, transfer 10 to a transfer paper 9, destaticization 11, cleaning 12, etc. As a result, the photosensitive belt composed of the endless belt 1 and the photsensitive layer 2 is small in weight, it does not need precise work, and it is easily manufacturable, and durable against repeated uses for a large number of copying cycles. |
