PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of dust into an optical oil in an optical branching device injected with the optical oil into the inclined gap provided to a photoconductor by interrupting the communication between the optical oil and the external air. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole is bored to the 1st photoconductor rod in the diametral direction thereof and the 2nd photoconductor rod 2 and the 3rd photoconductor rod 3 are fitted into the through-hole, then the rod 2 is fixed. Slopes 2a and 3a are formed to the rod 2 and the rod 3. A groove 3b is provided to the top end of the rod 3 and the optical oil 5 is injected into the spacing (d) between the slopes 2a and 3a through the groove 3b. A cover member 10 is liquid-tightly fixed to the rod 1 in a manner as to cover the slope 3a of the rod 3 and the end 3c on the opposite side and the optical oil 11 is sealed into the member 10. The spacing (d) is adjusted by moving the rod 3 to adjust the quantity of the light branched to the 4th photoconductor rod 4. |
