PURPOSE:A flame-retardant having prolonged pot life of use, showing effect on reduction in punching temperature of laminate, obtained by blending a brominated epoxy resin solution with an addition type flame-retardant. CONSTITUTION:A solution of a brominated epoxy resin containing at least one epoxy group in the molecule is blended with an addition type flame-retardant in a weight ratio of a solid content of the brominated epoxy resin/a solid content of the addition type flame-retardant = 10/10-10/2. A brominated epoxy compound or a reaction product of the brominated epoxy compound and brominated bisphenol A is used as the brominated epoxy resin. Triphenyl phosphate or its derivative and a brominated diphenyl ether are used as the addition type flame-retardant. |
