<p>PURPOSE:An apparatus, having a means for passing an ink in the form of a thin film and irradiating the thin film with ultraviolet light, capable of preventing the clogging of extrusion orifice and deterioration, and suitable for preparing a recording liquid for ink jet recording, writing utensils, etc. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus capable of stirring and mixing an ink raw material in a stirred tank 1, discharging the ink, passing the ink in the form of a thin film between ultraviolet light transmitting plates 11 and 11' in a means 9 for sterilization treatment with ultraviolet light, sterilizing and killing germs, etc. in the ink, passing the ink usually through a filtration part 7, and introducing the ink into a storage tank 8. The sterilization treatment may be carried out using the sprayed ink in the form of mist.</p> |
