发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HIGH COMBUSTION PRESSURE COMBUSTION CHAMBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the strength and the reliability of a device by a method wherein a high strength material is manufactured and a better thermal conductive material is electrically adhered to the inside part of an outer shell which is integrally made with the former material and an electrical deposited layer is formed and thereby the cooling agent passage is manufactured and formed inside of the electrical deposited layer and a filler material is filled in the cooling material passage, the better thermal conduction material is further electrically deposited to the inside of the filling material and the electrical deposited layer, thereafter the filler material is removed. CONSTITUTION:A better thermal conductive material is electrically deposited inside of an outer shell 14 which is integrally formed by manufacturing a high strength material so as to form an electrical deposited layer 13, then a cooling material passage 12 is manufactured and formed inside the electrical deposited layer 13, a low melting filler material such as wax etc. is filled in the cooling material passage 12, the inner wall 11 of the better electrical conductive material is electrically deposited to the inside of the low melting filler material and the electrical deposited layer 13, then the low melting point filler material is heated, melted and removed. Since the electrical deposited layer 13 and the outer shell 14 are directly connected, the strength and the reliability of the structural body are high. The initial manufactured material is the outer shell 14 of a high strength material and this material can be integrally formed. In comparison with the case in which the material is coupled with a welding, the outer shell itself is strong and so the strength and the reliability of the unit can be improved.
