PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of so called sink mark, by filling a cavity space with a liquid synthetic resin while expanding the fluid in a porous plate body by heating said plate body and pressing the resin in the cavity space to the inner wall of said cavity space from the single surface thereof by this expansion pressure. CONSTITUTION:After a molten resin P is injected in a cavity space 3, a plate body 4 is rapidly heated by a heater 5 and the liquid present in the fine pores of the plate body 4 is expanded by evaporation and air is also expanded under heating to emit both of them. By the emission of both fluids, the synthetic resin P in an uncured state present in the cavity space 3 is pressed to the molding surface of a cavity mold 2 from the side of a core mold 1 and molded into the shape with high fidelity corresponding to the molding surface and can be solidified under cooling.
