MANUFACTURE OF SLIDE DOOR RAIL FOR CAR

PURPOSE:To realize rust-proof while employing common iron plate while to eliminate welding of screw by forming metal plate into rail-shape then making a hole thereafter applying resin onto the metal plate and inserting a fixing screw into said hole. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing, planar metal plate 2 is first unrolled from a roll 8 then holes 7 are made with constant interval thereafter formed through a roller 9 into rail-shape to perform degreasing, starching and preheating through dedicated machines 10-12. Then the metal plate 2 is applied with resin 3 coating through the dedicated machine 13 thereafter cooled through cooling machine 14 and cut through cutting machine 17 into constant length. Thereafter, the metal plate 2 is partially bent through bending machine 19 and cut into constant length through a cutter 20 then small hole 5 is made through a press 21. Then adhesive is applied through dedicated machines 23, 24 to the end section of the metal plate 2 thereafter resin is applied and the threaded portion of a screw 6 is inserted into said hole 5.
