PURPOSE:A hot solution of another jelly is casted on a specific jelly with roughened surfaces and solidified to make the titled jelly that scarcely causes to slide or peel off between layers. CONSTITUTION:A gelling agent containing more than 50wt% of a seaweed extract such as agar (1-3wt%), water (65-95wt%), a sweetening, an acidulant, flavors, colorants and other additives are mixed, boiled, then solidified by cooling and the resultant jelly is roughened on its surface by shaving and pouring hot water on it. Then, another gelling agent containing more than 50wt% of seaweed extract is casted on the roughened surface and solidified. |
