PURPOSE:To improve strength and reduce a construction cost, by a method wherein a titled structure is formed with an upper structure, a strut for supporting the upper structure, a lower reinforcing part for reinforcing the strut, and a bottom part which stably holds the strut. CONSTITUTION:Concentrical 4-layer walls 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d are joined together by welding by means of horizontal reinforcing materials 3a, 3b, 3c, and vertical reinforcing materials 4a, 4b, 4c to form a strut 1 having a hollow space part 7. A lower reinforcing part 6, adapted to reinforce the strut 1 and being of a concentrical multilayer wall structure, is located to the lower of the strut 1, and is joined by welding to a bottom part 2 structured to have a multiplex partition 12. Further, a super-structure 9 is mounted on the upper part of the strut 1. |
