PURPOSE:To improve durability under the high pressure environment, by providing a hole with bottom in the inside of each strain yielding part so that a strain yielding surface crosses a shearing surface at a right angle, attaching strain gages to the strain yielding surface, and coupling a waterproof connector to the hole with the bottom in an airtight manner. CONSTITUTION:A strain yielding body 10 is composed of a load receiving part 11, which has curved load receiving surface part 11a at a top part, a load supporting part 12 and four cross shaped strain yielding parts 13. The strain yielding body 10 is formed by machining nickel-chromium steel and the like. A hole with a bottom 14 is provided at the central part of the strain yielding part 13. Strain gages 15 are attached so as to form 45 deg.C with respect to the load. The inside of the hole 14 is filled with a protecting coating agent. A waterproof connector 17 is screwed into an internal thread 16 at the inlet of the hole 14. An electric signal is taken out of the connector. Thus the durability and moistureproof property in the high pressure environment such as in the deep sea can be improved and the cost can be decreased. |
