PURPOSE:To make the device strong mechanically and prevent the leakage of electric radiation perfectly by a method wherein at least one surface among connecting surfaces having a comb-teeth shaped constructure provided on a metal plate constituting a heating chamber is tighten on the metal plate mechanically by screws and rivets. CONSTITUTION:A heating chamber is constituted of one sheet of metal plate, consisting of top surface 20, left side surface 20b, heating chamber base 20c, partition 20d, right side surface 20e and electric chamber base 20f, while a plate 20g is provided in front, a back plate 20h is provided behinde and a inspection window 22 is provided at an electric chamber 21. The partition 20d is provided with the comb-teeth shaped structure 23 on the contacting part of each surface of the heating chamber 20, the contact parts 23a, 23b of the partition 20d are left in the condition having the comb-teeth shaped structure as it is and are tighten to the contact part 23c, 23d with screws 26. |
