HOT-WATER RESERVING TYPE ELECTRIC WATER HEATER

PURPOSE:To cope with the change of a set hot-water temperature or the delivery of hot-water quickly in case they are effected during the contracted using time of midnight electric power by a method wherein a timer device for starting the conduction of an exothermal body is provided so as to make a necessary conduction time elapse upon finishing the conduction of midnight electric power. CONSTITUTION:A shift time (Hp) for starting electric conduction is compared with a midnight timer (Hn) and a signal is outputted from a microcomputer 8 into a heater driving circuit 9 to start the conduction of a heater when the condition of Hn>=Hp is established. On the other hand, when the condition of Hn<= Hp is not established, the timer is returned to a starting point and the comparison is repeated from the decision of the midnight conduction while the shift time (Hp) for starting the conduction is renewed time by time as the count of the night timer (Hn) is progressed. The operations are repeated by the microcomputer 8 during an extremely short time and the operations are effected at all times, therefore, the changes after starting the conduction of the midnight electric power may be coped with.
