<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for troublesome switching operations of modes, etc., by using a mode for a letter-forming sheet, in which the letter-forming sheet is only put on a main letter sheet. CONSTITUTION:The tablet board face 6 is divided into an item input area 34 provided with an external letter area 35 and an external letter pattern-forming area 38 and an external letter register area 36. In the area 34, which is used when usual tablet is used, or when the input of items is made, an external letter sheet detection switch 42 provided to the peripheral edge of the board face 6 is turned ON by contact of an external letter sheet 14 and a given area among the area 34 is changed to the area 35. When the sheet 14 is removed from the board face 6, the switch 42 is turned ON and the input of usual items is made possible. When a letter-forming sheet 13 is placed on the board face 6, a letter-forming sheet detection switch 41 provided to the peripheral edge of the board face 6 goes ON, and a given area of the area 34 becomes an external-letter pattern- forming area 38.</p> |
