PURPOSE:To obtain a large drive force with a simple structure by forming a bimorph of a mechanochemical substance and a thin film metal, and controlling the light emission to the substance. CONSTITUTION:A light emitted from a light source 8 is controlled to be emitted/interrupted by a shutter 9, incident to a light deflector 10, which deflects the incident light according to the signal from a controller 11 to emit the light to the fine position of mechanochemical substance 6. Thus, a bimorph formed of the substance 6 and a thin film metal can be controlled in deformation in various shapes in response to the light emitting positions. |
