PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of vibration and noise, by a method wherein a strike weight is placed in a pile in a condition in which its engaging member is inserted through a through-hole in a pile head weighing weight, and the forward end shoe of a pile is struk with the strike weight. CONSTITUTION:An assembly, consisting of a pile 10, a forward end shoe 15, a cap 34, a pile head weighing weight 30, and a strike weight 40, is installed on a ground surface 50. A work, in which the weight 40 is lifted up and dropped to strike the forward end shoe 15 at the lower part of a pile body 11, is repeated to drive an assembly into a ground 52. Thereafter, after the pile 10 is driven in a support layer 54, the weights 30 and 40 and the cap 34 are removed. |
