<p>PURPOSE:To save energy for evaporation by letting cooling water to cause flash vaporization by the recovered heat of exhaust gas exhausted from an engine of a compressor and heating supplied liquid with generated steam and auxiliary steam. CONSTITUTION:The supplied liquid is heated by passing through a preheating chamber 1,2,3,4, feeding to a liquid chamber 5'' of an evaporator 5, and circulating with a pump 5'''. The concentrated liquid is passed through a preheater 2 with a pump 2' and discharged. The pressure and temp. of the steam are elevated by a mechanical compressor 7, and passed through a heating vessel 5' and a preheater 3, and the drain is sent with a pump 1' to a preheater 1. The waste heat of the mechanical compressor 7 is recovered by the cooling water, and the cooling water is flash-evaporated in a flashing vessel 10 after passing through a pipe 10'. Generated steam is mixed with auxiliary steam and passed through a preheater 4.</p> |
