PURPOSE:To prevent a thrust plate from advancing its wear by using a dynamic pneumatic bearing to satisfy the prescribed relationship between a thrust direction load and a levitation starting rotating angle speed of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:The maximum value of a PV value in a thrust plate 6 of a motor device 1 is proportional to the product of a thrust direction load W and a levitation starting rotating speed omega0 of a rotor. Accordingly, the device 1 is constructed to use a dynamic pneumatic bearing to satisfy the relationship of W. omega0<=200,000 between a thrust direction weight W(g) obtained by adding the weight W1 of a unit to be rotated and hence a rotor made of a magnet 9 and the axial attracting force W2 between the magnet 9 operating in the weight direction and a stator 10, and a levitation starting rotating angle speed omega0 (rad/ sec) of the rotor. Thus, the durability of the synthetic resin thrust plate 6 can be improved. |
