发明名称 FUEL INJECTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to minutely control the amount of fuel even at injection of the minimum amount of fuel, by providing a pressure regulating means for regulating a pressure differential between fuel pressure in a liquid chamber and air pressure in a pressure air chamber within a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:An air regulator 18 acts to regulate air pressure within a fixed value so as to make air pressure P1 greater than fuel pressure P2. A fuel regulator 19 continues to close an outlet 31 until the fuel pressure P2 exceeds the fixed value since suction pressure P0 is approximate to the atmospheric pressure before starting of an engine. During this time, an injection port 7 continues to be sealed by a liquid membrane G1 of fuel. When a starter is driven, the suction pressure P0 in a suction passage 4 becomes negative, and the fuel regulator 19 is operated to open and close the outlet 31 to maintain a pressure differential between P2 and P0 at a constant value. Further, a pulse signal is applied to each piezoelectric device 2, and fuel drops g are injected into the suction passage 4.
