摘要 PURPOSE:To establish easily and execute simply the optimum conditions for replacing resins by providing an injection side resin replacing process circuit composed of injection side group of setting device for controlling for exclusive process of a resin replacement and a mold clamping side resin replacing group process circuit composed of mold clamping side controlling setting and a replacing signal oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The injection side controlling sequencer 30 determines whether a normal operation or a resin replacing (RC) operation, and when the operation is switched over into RC operation, the sequencer 30 receives the RC signal RCS and transmits Q, R, R', S, T or signals to operate to each analog switch 12, 16, 16A, 19, 24 and signal U for controlling an RC process of the molding machine. The mold clamping side controlling sequencer 50 determines a normal operation or an RC operation and when the operation is changed into RC operation, the sequencer 50 receives the RC signal RCS and transmits V, W, X, Y or signals to operate to each analog switch 32, 36, 40, 42 and signal Z for controlling an RC process of the molding machine. In this way, replacement of resin material operation can be performed simply by the changeover switch being selected.
