PURPOSE:To reduce ultrasonic waves propagating in a measuring pipe, by arranging magnets in a measuring pipe and an ultrasonic wave vibrators so that the pipe and the vibrators are not contacted. CONSTITUTION:A pair of ultrasonic wave vibrators 21 is arranged on the wall of a measuring pipe 1. Lead wires 23 are connected to electrodes 22. The electrodes 22 are bonded to both surfaces of the vibrators 21. A packing material 24 having a magnet 25 is bonded to the vibrators 21. Ring shaped magnets 26a and 26b are arranged on the pipe 1 so that these magnets repell the magnet 25 each other. Thus the pipe 1 and the vibrators 21 are not contacted. |
