PURPOSE:To prevent at engine from stalling, by installing a bypass passage intercepting device intercepting a bypass suction passage and a bypass passage interconnecting device interconnecting the bypass suction passage either. CONSTITUTION:A timer device measuring the specified time at a time when electrical load comes from ON to OFF. A bypass passage intercepting device intercepts a first bypass suction passage 5 at a time when an engine speed exceeds an upper limit for the specified range after measuring the specified time by the timer device. On the other hand, a bypass passage interconnecting device interconnects the first bypass suction passage 5 at a time when the engine speed exceeds a lower limit of the specified range. Thus, an undershoot of the engine speed in time of electrical load being off is prevented from occuring, whereby an engine stall is also preventable. |
