PURPOSE:To check a fault of an industrial robot at a high speed by writing previously the fixed simulation data on a certain area of a RAM circuit and performing the comparison between the fixed simulation data of the RAM circuit and a reference memory device at the prescribed timing when a power supply is applied or in a system working mode. CONSTITUTION:A RAM circuit 1 includes various areas such as those for control of systems, modes, etc. While a ROM circuit 2 stores such data that are not suited to control of a user. The partial area addresses 0-100 of the circuit 2 store the fixed simulation data A, and the range of system control addresses 0-100 of the circuit 1 has a blank where the data A can be written. A computer 3 writes the data A of the circuit 2 an area of the circuit 1 in a manufacturing process of an electric system of a controller of a robot, etc. or after a fault is processed.
