摘要 PURPOSE:To make the reduction of power consumption by the miniaturization of a permanent magnet, by a method wherein in a wire dot system printing head, the magnetic path area between the attracting component and the side magnetic path is enlarged and the magnetic reluctance is steeply decreased. CONSTITUTION:An attraction component 2 is attracted to the first and second yokes 4, 5 by the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet 6. At that time, a plate component 3 is distorted and the strain energy is stored. Then, when the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 6 is canseled by applying a current to a coil 7, the attraction component 2 is rotationally displaced around the fulcrum A by the strain energy of the plate spring component 3 and the dot printing is carried out on a printing paper with a printing wire 1. Then, because the gap area between the side magnetic path and the attraction component 2 is enlarged by the third yoke 8 composing the side magnetic path, the magnetic reluctance of this gap part is decreased and attraction force can be secured by the small permanent magnet 6. Both the capacity of the coil 7 and its supply current are lessened and the heat generation of the printing head can be controlled to be little.
