Vaccine against brucellosis containing a dose of live Brucella from an avirulent strain or one made avirulent, containing about 5 x 10<8> to 5 x 10<9> bacteria, preferably about 10<9> bacteria, these being in suspension in a medium compatible with application to the conjunctiva.
