PURPOSE:To obtain an output voltage amplitude of wide range by connecting a differential output of source potentials of two FETs whose gates are connected in common to an input terminal and whose sources are connected respectively to a constant current source and the other FET to a gate of the other FET. CONSTITUTION:The drain of the 1st and 2nd FETs M31, M32 is connected to the 1st power supply VDD and the gate is connected to an input terminal 11. Further, the source of the FETM31 is connected to the 2nd power supply VSS via a constant current source I31 and the source of the FETM32 is connected thereto via the FETM33, and the source of the FETM32 is connected to an output terminal 12. Then the source of the FETs M31, M32 is connected to an input terminal of a differential amplifier 15 and its differential output is connected to the gate of the FETM33. Then as the output impedance decreases, an output voltage amplitude with wide range is obtained and an output drive, sink capability is improved. |
