PIEZOELECTRIC TRANSDUCER

摘要

PURPOSE:To stabilize the performance while eliminating the deterioration of a piezoelectric material due to soldering by contacting an elastic contact terminal to a peripheral apart from the center of an electrode face by a prescribed interval or over to the electrode on a piezoelectric ceramic plate and using it as an output terminal. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric ceramic plate 2 is bonded and fixed to the lower face of a metallic diaphragm 1 fixed and supported by a case 6, fixed ring 7 and an insulator 8. Then the contact terminal 9 fixed and supported to the plate 2 so as to be contacted to the plate 2 with a very weak pressure by the insulator 8 and the insulation ring 11 is contacted to the electrode on the peripheral apart from the center of the electrode face of the piezoelectric ceramic plate 2 by >=2/3 of the radius. The contact terminal 9 is connected to an output terminal 5 by a lead foil 10 vapor-deposited to a part of the inner face of the insulator 8.
