The present invention relates to a heat-pump installation of the water/water type. This installation comprises a heat pump 10, an inlet well 16 in which there is housed an inlet pump 15, an outlet well 19, a pre-wired control box 26 and a user circuit 20 composed of a certain number of individual circuits 25. The circuit connecting the inlet well to the heat pump comprises a first pre-mounted filtration assembly 17. The user circuit comprises a second pre-mounted filtration assembly 24 as well as a pre-assembled distribution assembly 22.
