PURPOSE:To obtain a switching device with less insertion loss, high speed and high reliability by providing M-set of phase shifters between the 1st circuit of N input and M output and the 2nd circuit of M input and N output so as to change the phase shift amount of said phase shifter. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from an input terminals 11-13 is fed to distributers 41-43 with phase weighting and its output is fed to mixers 51-53. The disttributers 41-43 and the mixers 51-53 constitute the 1st circuit. An output of the 1st circuit is fed to the 2nd circuit (comprising mixers 54-56 and distributers 44-46 with phase weighting) having opposite input/output to the 1st circuit via the phase shifters 61-63 and an output is obtained from output terminals 21-23. Then the phase shift amount of the phase shifters 61-63 is changed to change the connection between the input terminals 11-13 and the output terminals 21- 23. Thus, the loss is reduced and high speed switching is attained. |
