PURPOSE:To simplify an installation without requiring a large-capacity or independent suction blower by providing gas suction ports which suck the catalyst gas leaking through the contact part between a drag and cope and the contact part between the cope and gushing head. CONSTITUTION:The catalyst gas flows through the 1st gas suction port 24 and the 2nd gas suction port 34 to branch pipes 46a, 46b then to a piping 46 if there is the catalyst gas leaking through the contact part between the drag 22 and the cope 24 and the contact part between the cope 25 and the gushing head 32. The gas confluent with the piping 43 is fed through a blower 45 to a catalyst neutralyzer 44. The leaking catalyst gas is captured without diffusing to the periphery as mentioned above and therefore there is not need for providing separately the blower to the device.
