PURPOSE:To reduce the memory capacity needed for storage of the information on the priority for use of homonyms by forming plural groups according to the number of KANJI (Chinese character) descriptions and setting the different storage styles of priority information for each group. CONSTITUTION:The head word information DA is written to a ROM of a memory part 5 together with the information ''3'' showing the number of homonyms, a storage group B3 for priority information F1-F3 of a memory part 7, the address information showing a storage address gammaA and KANJI codes C1, C2 and C3 showing each description of homonyms respectively. While a RAM of a memory part 7 is divided previously into groups in response to the number of homonyms to store the priority information showing the using history of each description for each headword information. An access is given to the address gammaA in the group B3 of the part 7 to read out the information F(gammaA) after the information DA is retrieved. The codes C1-C3 are sent as the character codes until the conversion is over in the order of indications of the information F1-F3. |
