PURPOSE:To prevent reduction of operating stroke and to enlarge design flexibility by constructing such that the oil-lock function and the check valve function can be exhibited without providing a flange to the oil hole rod for oil-lock. CONSTITUTION:An oil hole rod 8 is fitted slidably between the stopper section 10 pressure inserted into a sheet pipe 3 and the bottom face 1a of an outer tube 1 at the lower section of the sheet pipe 3. A path 9 is notched in the outercircumference at the lower section of the sheet pipe 3 while a notched section 8a is provided in the bottom of the oil hole rod 8 and communicated with said path 9. Upon fitting of an oil-lock piece 5 over said rod 3, the pressure in the oil-lock chamber B' will rise to lift said rod 3 until contacting against the stopper section 10 thus to choke the paths 8, 9 and to discharge the oil in the oil- lock chamber B' through a gap between the oil-lock piece 5 and the oil hole rod 3 to perform shock relief. Upon lifting of the oil-lock piece 5, the oil hole rod 3 will lower to exhibit the check valve function. |
