PURPOSE:To provide an ink for the formation of a transparent electrode, which has good workability in printing and gives an electrode having a good film surface, containing an indium compd. contg. a tin compd., a specified solvent and a thickener. CONSTITUTION:Ink contains an indium compd. contg. a tin compd. as an additive, at least one solvent selected from among aliph. and arom. hydrocarbons, at least one co-solvent selected from among ketones, aldehydes and esters having a b.p. of 100 deg.C or above and an aliph. carboxylic acid of the formula as a thickener. By incorporating the aliph. carboxylic acid as a thickener, there can be obtd. an ink which has good workability in printing and gives a transparent electrode having good surface smoothness and little unevenness in surface resistance. The ink is mainly used in the field of electronics industry. |
