Two rings 35 restrict the orifice 19, preventing liquid from flowing out in the rest position of the system. When pressure is exerted on the bottom 21 of the flask 2, the movable part composed of the elements 2, 3, 4, 9, 36, 37, guided by the part composed of the parts 5, 12, 34 which move from top to bottom, releases a metered quantity of soap, the return of the flask 1 to its rest position being ensured by the spring 14.
