PURPOSE:To improve the slow-down switching speed due to output undershoot while keeping the characteristic as it is by adding a voltage drop element such as a diode or a resistor in a semiconductor integrated circuit device constituting an inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:The voltage drop element such as a diode or a resistor is connected between the collector of the 1st npn transistor (TR)4 and the base of the 4th npn TR5 in the inverter circuit. Then even if an output causes undershoot, a Darlington TR is turned on so as to eliminate slow-down switching speed due to the output undershoot. In constituting said circuit by an integrated circuit, since an SBD14 is formed in place of the collector of an SBD clamp TR4, the area is not increased and the characteristic is kept as it is. |
