PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a soft molded rubber article with non-tackiness without deteriorating the mechanical properties, solvent resistance, etc., and make the article to be usable as a fluid-controlling member having high sealability. SOLUTION: The surface of a molded synthetic rubber article having a rubber hardness of <=90 in conformity to JIS-K6301 is coated with an amorphous quartz film containing dispersed polyfluoroolefin particles and having a thickness of <=5μm. The quartz film can be produced by coating the surface of a molded synthetic rubber article with a polyperhydrosilazane containing dispersed polyfluoroolefin particles and heating the coating film at 80-180 deg.C. |
