PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deviation of position or deformation of an insert component generated by injection pressure. SOLUTION: An upper cavity and a recess 4a are formed on a top force 1, while a cavity and a recess 4b are formed on a bottom force 2. A press pin 10 is inserted in an insertion hole 5 formed on the top force 1 and energized downward by a coil spring 12. A circular outer collar 11 is formed almost on the center of the press pin 10 to prevent the slip-off of the pin from the insertion hole 5. The length dimension of the press pin 10 is formed a little larger than the depth dimension of the insertion hole 5. In the case of mold clamping the top force 1 and the bottom force 2, therefore, the end of the press pin 10 falls onto an armature 21 to push down the armature 21 into the bottom force 2 and fix the same firmly therein. The constitution, therefore, is sufficiently durable to the injection pressure when synthetic resin is injection filled to prevent the deviation of position, deformation and the like of the armature 21 as an insert part. |
