<p>Benzylamine deriv. of formula (I) and its salts are made by (a) reaction of trans-4-acetoxy cyclohexylamine with 3,5-dibromo anthranilic acid chloride in anhydrous organic medium at ambient temp. and in presence of a tert. amine, e.g. triethylamine; (b) treatment of the amide formed with hydrazine hydrate in alcoholic medium; and (c) redn. of the prod. to the amine by a reducing agent e.g. diborane, at reflux temp.</p> |
