PURPOSE:To miniaturize remarkably or to eliminate the need for a compressor by jetting a fluid to a vibrating element from a hole having a pocket at an outlet to support the vibrating element, thereby reducing remarkably the air volume and pressure for the support. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 2 and a barrier 3 are provided at the center of a bobbin 1, and holes 10, 10' penetrating through the center of a center pole and led to air chambers 9, 9' in the bobbin while being branched and holes 11, 11' penetrating through the bobbin inside face are provided. Air is delivered to the holes through a pipe 12 from a compressor to provide the air into the chambers 9, 9' from the holes 10, 10' and the vibrating element is being supported, while dampling is applied in the air chambers 9, 9' and the air jet from the holes 11, 11' prevent the bobbin 1 from contacting a magnetic circuit. |
