On a screen (5) of a display device (6), a sample circuit board is displayed. The point at which a test probe (7) is to be placed on a circuit board (2) of the same type, which is to be tested, is marked by highlighting or flashing. The image of the sample circuit board is superimposed with the same area on that of the module (2) to be tested so that the mark of the testing person directly indicates the point on the module (2) to be tested which is to be contacted by the test probe (7).
