PURPOSE:To perform the rotation of an empty wheel so efficiently, by housing the empty wheel, provided with a lot of downward buckets on the circumference, rotatably inside a water tank, while letting air spout inside each bucket interlocking with the rotation of the empty wheel via a valve mechanism installed in a tank bottom part. CONSTITUTION:An empty wheel 2, having a lot of downward buckets on the circumference, is rotatably housed inside a water tank 1 via a shaft 3, and in time of rotation of this empty wheel 2, a suction water valve 6' inside a drain tank 5 having an air suction valve 14 in time of drainage and an air exhaust valve 7 puls a drain valve 15 are all made to operate their opening or closing via each of rods 11 and 16 to engage cam rings 6 and 17 locked to the shaft 3. And, these valves 6', 7 and 15 are linked up with each other and opened or closed whereby air is spouted to the inside each downward bucket of the empty wheel 2 from an air exhaust port 9, and the wheel 2 is made so as to rotate by dint of buoyance made by the air. Rotation of this empty wheel 2 is continuously performed, thereby taking out power from the shaft 3. |
