PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the application field of an optoelectric energy converter by increasing the voltage and the current density of an electric energy generated by the converter while the occupation area of the converter is reduced. SOLUTION: An electric energy generated by an optoelectric energy converter 1 such as a solar cell panel is successively stored in two or more stages of Cockcroft-Walton circuits 3 and, after its voltage is controlled to a required value by a discharge controller 4, applied to a load 5 as an output with a voltage of several tens - several hundreds. With this constitution, a work which can not be performed by a conventional optoelectric energy converter only can be performed. |
