PURPOSE:To rigidly secure a stator of a small-sized rotary electric machine by increasing the thickness of a permanent magnet from an auxiliary pole when securing a permanent magnet and the auxiliary pole to the inner periphery of a yoke by an elastic steel strip inserted to the inner periphery, thereby applying sufficient tension to the strip. CONSTITUTION:When a permanent magnet 4 and an auxiliary pole 3 are aligned in parallel on the inner periphery of a yoke 2 of a stator 1, a cylindrical elastic steel strip 5 is disposed on the inner periphery to press fixedly the magnet 4 and the pole 3, the thickness H2 of the magnet 4 is increased from the thickness H1 of the pole 3 to form a stepwise difference between the inner diameters D2 and D1, and the deflection of the prescribed magnitude is provided at the strip 5 by utilizing the difference. In order to form the deflection, an opening supporting plate 12 is, for example, inserted to the inner periphery of the strip 5, the plate 12 is directed outside, pressed and enlarged to deform to produce the prescribed distortion at the strip. |
