CHEMICALS FOR INSPECTING FUNCTION OF B CELL

PURPOSE:To obtain chemicals for inspecting the function of B cells by extracting the alga substrate of algae belonging to the chlorella genus with an aq. solvent. CONSTITUTION:The chlorella alga of the chlorella genus is sprayed in hot air kept at a prescribed temp. and is dehydrated. The chlorella alga substance is then extracted with the aq. solvent kept at a prescribed temp. and is separated centrifugally. The supernatant is recovered and the chlorella extract is obtd. The chlorella extract is straightly used as the chemicals for inspecting the function of the B cells.
