The invention relates to a shirt collar closure consisting of a connection which holds together the two parts of the shirt collar. In order to achieve an adjustable shirt collar closure, a fleece is arranged below one part of the shirt collar, onto which can be pressed a burred strip secured on the other part of the shirt collar.
