摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To measure the temperature of a moving object, by a method wherein the maximum brightness level per one scan is detected from a video signal taken on an object in the direction vertical to the movement thereof and then, the maximum of those detected is obtained in terms of the detection period each determined by the scanning cycle. CONSTITUTION:One or plurality of object are taken in the direction vertical to the movement thereof with a 1-D photographing means 10 with the view field level with respect to this vertical photographing direction and converted into a video signal to be sent to a max. brightness per scan detection circuit 26 of a temperature measurement controller 20. The circuit 26 detects the max. brightness level per scan from the video signal to be sent to a final max. brightness detection circuit 28, which hold the max. brightness levels to determine the maximum value in the detection period set for a max. value detection period setting circuit 27, namely, the final max. brightness levels by computation. Moreover, the final max. brightness levels are converted into a temperature signal with a temperature conversion computing circuit 30.</p>
