PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacturing method having excellent bonding and insulating effects with ready manufacture by coating thermosetting resin on a coil at a hardening temperature or lower, inserting it into a stator body, flowing a large current to the coil and then hardening the resin. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting resin 26 is coated on coils 15a, 15b formed in the prescribed shape at a temperature lower than the curing temperature. Then, the coils 15a, 15d are inserted into the grooves of a stator body 14 having a stator core 16. The prescribed large current is eventually flowed to the coils 15a, 15d to heat the coils, thereby integrally thermally curing the resin 26 by the heat. Thus, a constant-temperature oven for hardening the resin 26 can be eliminated, and the bondability and the insulating property of the coils 15a, 15b, to the body 14 can be improved. |
